Lidea at the heart of the third European Congress of Sorghum

The third edition of the European Sorghum Congress is held in Toulouse in France, from October 12th to 13th, Lidea teams is present to share about its sorghum experience and products.
This year, the congress is focus on the downstream industry, as well as on highlighting outlet prospects in the feed, food, and industrial, sectors. This constitute the focus of the three workshops which will discuss:
- Genetics and breeding with a participation of Patrice Jeanson, Soybean and Sorghum Breeding Leader.
- Agronomy and cultivation methods,
- Processing and industrial uses.
Frederic Guedj, Sorghum Market Manager within Lidea will present a poster about benefits of sorghum grain for human consumption and its use in fine dining.
