Lidea announces changes to its Executive Committee to advance its growth strategy

Lescar, 20 October 2025 – Lidea, a European leader in the seed sector, has unveiled several changes to its Executive Committee, effective from 6 October 2025. These adjustments underscore the Group’s ambition to accelerate its transformation and enhance its expertise in support of performance and international development.

Yvette DUPRAT, already a member of the Executive Committee, has been appointed Head of Business Unit Partnerships & Global Export.

Yvette’s mission is to drive the performance of Lidea’s export activities.

With over 30 years of experience in the seed sector, she has held numerous strategic positions within the Lidea Group, including Head of the Western Europe Business Unit and Supply Chain & S&OP Leader, demonstrating recognised expertise in international management and operational optimisation.

 

Antonio MOLINA, also a member of the Executive Committee, has been appointed Head of Strategic Projects.

Antonio is responsible for leading the structural projects and partnerships that support Lidea’s transformation and future development. His role will also include supporting collaborative projects.

He brings strong international experience in finance and management, having previously held the positions of Head of Finance and Head of Human Resources & Legal at Lidea.

 

Aurélien MONTEIL joins Lidea and its Executive Committee as Head of Finance.

Formerly Chief Financial Officer at Euralis Gastronomie, Aurélien will define and implement Lidea’s financial strategy to support its long-term performance and growth.

He brings solid experience in finance, management control and consolidation across various international projects in the agri-food sector.

 

Cédric POEYDOMENGE joins the Executive Committee as Head of Strategic Marketing.

In his new role, Cédric will be responsible for strengthening the marketing community to guide strategic decisions by identifying market and partnership opportunities, all within a resolutely customer-focused approach.

 He joined Lidea in 2020, first as Head of Marketing France, then as Western Europe Marketing Leader. With more than 20 years of experience in the agricultural and seed sector, he brings in-depth knowledge of European markets and extensive experience in strategy and innovation.

All these roles report to Olivier PAUL, Chief Executive Officer of Lidea.
